Check-In
Registration will be open from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday evening at the Baptist Healthplex in Clinton. If you are a local team, or are staying in the metro area hotels on Friday night, and aren’t playing until Saturday, we would strongly encourage you to register your team at this location to alleviate congestion at each facility.
However, if you play on Friday night, or are coming in before your first match on Saturday, you may register at the location of your first game, one hour prior to kickoff. Registration will be located near the lower concession stand at Traceway Park.
Each location will have a representative present at a check-in table, who will receive and check your documents, and check you in.
Please bring the following items at check-in:
1. Several copies of your team roster issued by your state association. (Please provide a copy for each game your team may play, plus one to be kept at Tournament HQ).
2. Notarized medical release forms for each player. (These will be checked at registration and you will retain them).
3. Player passes for Division 1 teams.
4. Travel Permit (if applicable).
5. Your tournament fee (if you have not already paid it). You can pay by check or cash.
Once we check your players passes, we will stamp each copy of your roster, and will not require you to present your player passes again before matches, unless you have approved one of your matches with MSA as a league game. However, it will obviously be a good idea to keep your passes handy, in case any questions arise.
