Purpose: The Youth Developmental Academy is designed to help develop players that are currently playing Division III soccer within the CSA organization. We hope that players in this system will individually develop faster and have a more serious mindset towards the game. These players will train with professional coaching staff from Brilla FC and play games against other teams/clubs who are set up in the same manner. It is important to me that these players who chose to play, continue to develop good habits so that they can see progression and have success as they compete on a daily basis. This program will consist of players in the age groups of U-9 and above. 

Focus: The idea behind Developmental Academy is to offer the players a more comprehensive and challenging enviroment . We feel that providing a structure that is influenced by many of the top clubs in Europe as well as America will better prepare our youth to compete and see more success as they progress with the game. This will also alleviate any frustrations that could arise with volunteer coaches and over involved parents on the sideline. 

Explanation: Players of CSA and others that are in these age group will be provided this oppurtunity. These players will register as Division III players and will also have the option to indicate that they are interested in the Developmental Academy. These players will compete in both Division III and II (Developmental Academy)   If a player chooses to play in the Academy, the fees for this service will be different from Division III and noted on the registration form. The Academy players will start training in October once the players have been evaluated by the Brilla coaching staff. These players and the players that have pre-registered will start as early as October and finish when the fields are closed in November. The spring season will be similar as the fall with registration starting in January and training starting in February. This season will continue until the completion of The Presidents Cup.  Coaches for these teams will be selected by the Brilla staff and managed by a volunteering parent within the team. The coach will be paid by Brilla with the funds collected at registration. The registration fees will include training fees, uniforms, player pass and coaches travel. All other team fees will be the responcibility of the parents and divided equally amoungst the team.

Training Schedule: Players will train once a week in addition to their Division III schedule and play games as scheduled by Brilla FC. These games will not interfere with Division III games or practices. The games played can be within the organization or within the Jackson metro area. The schedule will be determined by the Brilla staff and will be in the best interest of the players and organization.   

Cost: Players will be responcible for training fees, MSA registration fees and uniform. The remainder of the money will be used for referees, equipment and possible tournaments which will be handled by the CSA board and treasurer. CSA will create an account for each Academy/Division II team and will manage it to betterment of each teams needs.
