After a warm welcome in its home opener at Freedom Ridge Park in Ridgeland, MS last Friday, Mississippi Brilla is looking forward to returning to its regular home stadium this Saturday. Mississippi Brilla (0-0-1) is scheduled to take on the Baton Rouge Capitals (1-1) at 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 17 at Longabaugh Field on the campus of Mississippi College.
 
“Despite the fact that we ended with a tie rather than a win, we could not have asked for a better opening night,” said Rusty Bryant, President and General Manager. “The city of Ridgeland was a tremendous help to us, and the fans really came out to support us as well. We hope that those same 1,100 fans will follow us over to Mississippi College this week.”

On May 9th, Mississippi Brilla FC and the 2007 Premier Development League Champs, Laredo Heat, started off the 2008 regular season the same way they left it in 2007: Deadlocked. After drawing 3-3 in last year’s regular season finale, the two teams met for their 2008 opener at M&F Bank Stadium in Ridgeland, MS with a certain amount of familiarity.

Season Passes and Single Match Tickets for Mississippi Brilla FC’s 2008 Premier Development League season are available for sale online. For $40 you can attend all eight of Brilla’s home matches. A savings of $16 over the single match gate price.

Also, single match tickets are available at a discount online. For $6 ($7 at gate), you can order tickets for each individual match.

Our 2008 Camp Schedule is nearly complete. We are very pleased to offer secure online registration for all of our Mississippi Brilla FC Premier Soccer Camps as well as our Brilla Soccer Ministries Camp hosted by First Baptist Church, Clinton, MS.

We have seven other camps that are hosted by churches. The registrations for these camps are being conducted by the camp hosts.
